Numericable established in 2007, is a simplified joint-stock company publicly listed on the Paris NYSE Euronext stock exchange created from the merger between former competitors Noos and NC Numericable networks. The company provides cable broadband services in France, Luxembourg and Portugal, offering digital and analog television, Internet, and phone services to homes. Since 2008, Numericable also offers mobile telephone services to its customers. Numericable's main shareholders is the Luxemburg investment fund Altice (40%), which propose to add 34.6% summing up its stake to 74.6% making it a subsidiary of Altice.
