O2 Capital Partners was founded by Philip Sluiter, Bob van der Veen and Pieter van den Zanden. We are a Dutch private-equity firm investing for the long term with a personal and strategic commitment to our companies. We provide risk capital combined with expertise and active engagement, working closely with entrepreneurial management teams to improve and scale businesses. Our target companies are headquartered in the Netherlands (though we welcome strong international operations), and we require at least €1.0 million in annual operational profit. While we do not restrict ourselves to a single industry, we have a strong affinity for manufacturing, food production, services, wholesale, leisure, and ICT. We typically invest in companies with an enterprise value (EV) between €10 million and €75 million, ensuring there is a meaningful scale for impact.
