Brightlands Venture Partners is an independent regional venture capital fund manager in the south of the Netherlands (Limburg) with a focus on smart materials, life sciences, agrifood and smart services. Through three funds - Limburg Ventures, Chemelot Ventures and Brightlands Agrifood fund - they support innovative companies which fit in with the ecosystem of the Brightlands campuses.
While it is a private initiative, it aims to bring together private and public funding to make venture capital available and help create a thriving Brightlands ecosystem with sustainability and health as its themes.
