Greendelta is a nimble, independent investment company specialising in participations in medium-sized to larger Dutch SMEs. Our investment style emphasises long-term commitment, a professional yet pragmatic and engaged approach, and no narrow sector focus—partners of the firm bring broad experience in manufacturing, trade, services and IT. We support value creation through active partnership, responsible and thoughtful entrepreneurial development, and aim to complete approximately four new participations each year. We look for companies with solid track records and the ambition to grow, allowing us to add capital, structure and strategic guidance over time. We look for an EBITDA between €1,5 to €3 million. As a firm, we see ourselves as patient owners—not focused on quick exits—but on sustainable growth and continuity. We do not disclose a rigid equity-ticket range on our website, but our involvement is designed for the "MKB" segment of the Dutch market.
