RPF is an independent investment fund that was established at the end of 2016. It is an initiative by the Port of Rotterdam, NIBC Bank, InnovationQuarter and Koninklijke Doeksen, in cooperation with Rotterdam entrepreneurs Peter Goedvolk and Luc Braams.
