Karmijn was founded in 2010 by three female entrepreneurs. We view balance, diversity, and human values as success factors for sustainable business growth. We also focus on the 'softer' aspects of entrepreneurship, such as caring for employees and customers, having a long-term vision, and fostering creativity and innovation. We provide venture capital to Dutch SMEs led by a balanced team of women and men. Money can be obtained from anywhere, but engagement, support, and responsibility cannot.
